Exchange/Refund:
Our policy for refunds and exchanges allows customers to request a return or exchange of an item within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible, the item(s) must be in their original packaging and in brand new and unused condition.
Please note that any shipping fees paid by the customer will not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Additionally, if the item is being returned for a refund, there will be a 15% restocking fee.
