RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our return and exchange policy allows customers to request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving their order. Please note that only products from our IN-STOCK category are eligible for a refund or exchange.

Items purchased with customizations, such as belts made to specific sizes, personalized details, specific leather color combinations, thread color preferences, or logo removal, are not eligible for return or exchange. Since these items are tailored to individual specifications, we are unable to offer them for resale. Please note that ordering the wrong belt size does not qualify for a return or exchange, so we encourage customers to carefully review sizing before placing an order.

 

Splitting services are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, store credit, or returns. This is a custom service performed to the customer's requested specifications. Once the leather has been split, the service is considered completed and cannot be reversed.

By submitting leather for splitting, the customer acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks associated with leatherworking, including slight variations in thickness, potential damage due to hidden defects, weak grain, loose fibers, previous splitting, or other characteristics inherent to the leather. 

 

Please be aware that any shipping fees paid by the customer are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee will apply to items returned for a refund. We appreciate your understanding, as these policies help us preserve the quality and uniqueness of our handcrafted offerings.
