Shipping & Delivery
Exchange/Refund:
Customer can have an item request for a refund/exchange within 14 days. The item(s) must be in its/their original packaging and in brand new and/or unused condition to qualify.
Shipping fee will not be refunded (if applicable) under any circumstances and customer is responsible for all fees to have the package return back to us. There is also an additional 15% restocking fee if the item is returned for a refund.
**Please note that any item(s) purchased on our website with personalization, and/or special requests (e.g. - leather color combination, no logo, personalization, thread color, etc.) is/are not eligible for a refund or exchange **
International Custom Duties and Taxes Fees:
- Our prices do not include duties, value-added taxes or miscellaneous fees. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office. Please keep this in mind when shipping the item(s) to a destination outside the U.S. You may be contacted by your local carrier prior to delivery, to settle any outstanding duties, taxes or fees.
Shipping Details:
- Domestic:
- Items ordered via Standard Delivery will arrive within 5-7 business days. Express Delivery is available for an extra charge. Tracking ID will be provided once the item(s) is dispatched.
- International:
- Items ordered via Standard Delivery will arrive within 15-30 business days, depending on your country's custom clearance. Tracking ID will be provided once the item(s) is dispatched.
- Items ordered through Express Delivery will arrive between 1-5 business days, depending on your country's custom clearance. Tracking ID will be provided once the item(s) is dispatched.
- Rural Delivery/APO/FPO/Guam/Puerto Rico:
- Delivery to remote or rural areas will arrive within 5-30 business days and may take longer than specified. Express Delivery is not available. There is no delivery on holidays. We can provide tracking information to initial point of delivery only. Please contact your local USPS or Military mail station for additional tracking information.
